Shipping & Handling
We ship all orders from our warehouse in North Haven, Connecticut within 24 hours on work days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Presently, we do not ship outside of United States and Canada. For other countries please contact us for a shipping quote.
This formula will help to determine when your order should arrive: Shipping Time + Shipping Method = Total Delivery Time. In-stock items are shipped out of our warehouse within 1 business day unless otherwise specified. Orders shipped via Standard parcel post will arrive anywhere from 3-5 business days after the order has shipped from our warehouse(s) and depending on SHIP TO location within United States. Canada orders depend on the customs processing and it might take up to 15 business days. Estimated time of arrival for orders placed with Priority Mail are anywhere from 2-4 business days after the order has shipped from our warehouse(s) and depending on SHIP TO location within United States and Canada, or unless specified otherwise. Estimated time of arrival for orders placed with Express Mail is approximately 1-3 business days after the order has shipped from our warehouse(s) and depending on SHIP TO location within United States and Canada, or unless specified otherwise. Please note our warehouse does not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to facilitate full refund or exchange to ensure your complete satisfaction. Simply return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We don't charge re-stocking and shipping fees.
For defective or damaged items a photo of the problem along with a description of the issue will help your return process go faster. Otherwise, our returns team will contact you to request that information.
Returns Processing time
Once your item returns to our warehouse it can take up to 3 business days for our return team to process your RMA. Below are the time frames for when you can expect to see the return completed depending on what you chose:
Return: When you receive the e-mail confirming your return is complete, we have processed. your refund. It may take 2-5 business day for the refund to process and show on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchange: Once we complete your exchange you will receive an e-mail with your shipment and tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours after shipment notification is sent to see your estimated delivery date on the tracking link.

Regardless of shipping option, Uzid.com does not warrant or guarantee published delivery times. Uzid.com does guarantee timely processing and fulfillment of all IN-STOCK items upon placement of order (usually within 1-2 business days). Upon fulfillment out of our warehouse(s), it is the obligation of the Postal Service for timely delivery of shipment in which the above suggested delivery times apply. It is the responsibility of the customer to acknowledge and adhere to the above policy before placing their order. The SHIP TO address MUST be a valid deliverable address for the Postal Service. Please provide as complete information as possible to ensure delivery accuracy.
